Do I need a credit card to try ProjectFlow?
No. The 14-day trial starts when you create your account, and you only add a card if you decide to keep going.
Can my whole team use one account?
Yes. There is no per-person fee. Owners and managers invite foremen and crew with a short code.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Open ProjectFlow in your browser and add it to your home screen. It works like an app, with no app store needed.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. If a payment fails you get a 7-day grace period, then access is paused until you subscribe again.
How big a job can ProjectFlow handle?
It is built for builders, renovators and trade contractors, from a one-person bathroom renovation to a multi-crew build with several jobs running at once. It is not designed for large commercial contracts that need formal drawings, RFIs and submittals.
